2. Are the frames delivered assembled?

Yes, all frames are delivered ready to hang.

3. Do you ship to all of Europe?

Yes, we ship to any country in Europe.

4. What is the shipping time?

Once the order is shipped, the delivery times are as follows:

IMPORTANT: The shipping time may be extended by at least 1 day if the item has been customized by the customer.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email so you can track the delivery through our courier's website.
