Exchanges and Returns
Eligible Items for Exchange and Return
We only accept exchanges/returns for items that do not require customization. Customized products, specifically those made to the customer’s specifications, cannot be exchanged or returned as they cannot be resold.
Conditions for Exchange/Return
The item being exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, including its original packaging, without any damage. We do not accept exchanges/returns for items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer.
The request for an exchange or return must be made within 15 days from the date the order is received.
Exchange Process
- Initial Contact: The customer must contact us within the 15-day period to request the exchange.
- Item Shipment: The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our address, ensuring it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Receipt and Verification: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition. If we find the item is damaged due to improper packaging, the exchange will not be processed.
- Shipping the Replacement Item: After verification, if the item is in good condition, we will send the replacement item to the customer.
